Heulog manufactures its collection right here in the UK in a small female led factory.  We consciously only make small quantities to minimise over production and needless waste.  We are focused on quality not quantity.   

All our fabrics are recycled – made from regenerated nylon (read more in our sustainability section).   They are made in eco conscious fabric mills in Italy – sometimes sourced directly or through a UK agent.  

We are always happy to hear from our customers – please do e mail us at info@heulogactive.com and we will address any questions you may have.  

Our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for (or a courier if the service is not available at the time of postage)

Standard tracked and signed for (2-3 working days) - UK £4.99 or FREE for spends over £100.

Next day tracked and signed for - UK £7.99

International tracked and signed for (up to a week*) - £15 for Europe and up to £30 for worldwide (plus any additional customs/import duties in the country on arrival – please check before ordering)

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of the order.  

*International shipping times may vary. 

We all change our minds, or the fit isn’t quite right, so we are happy to exchange or return items.  Please do e mail us at info@heulogactive.com so we can assist with this.  

If you need to return – 

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery of your package and we will tell you where to ship back to.  Please return items within 14 days of letting us know and let us know which method you are using.  

We recommend posting the item as it was shipped - tracked and signed for - as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.   

Please ensure the item/s are returned in the same packaging if possible - unworn, unwashed, stain and smell free and with the tags still intact so that we can re-sell.  

Refunds will be issued to the same method of original payment and will be processed as soon as we receive the item and are happy to proceed.
